Responsibilities

  • Check customer inquiry for the supporting documents each PO, if any BAST required for intangible items (license Item) or tangible items (hardware items) communicate with Sales Team in charge.
  • Respond to customer's request promptly in a professional, polite, and friendly manner
  • Obtain and finalized the document until it signed with correct requirement based on delivery date
  • Build and maintain business relationship with customers, ensuring actions are processed promptly and accurately.
  • Dealing directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or meeting in person
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, comments, and complaints
  • Record details of actions taken, using workflow tools
  • Manage administration
  • Pass the supporting document to Billing Team after everything signed correctly and finalized by Customer
  • Manage administration of clearing payment, collect WHT documents and clear it
  • Keep customers up to date with the status of their query
  • Submit all invoices whose special requirement using portal
  • Do reconciliation for AR balance
  • Do reporting of BAST submission and Invoice submission into Portal

Skills and knowledge:

  • Must have strong organisational, communication and time management skills
  • SAP experience and advantage
  • Intermediate Excel and Word
  • Team player with the ability to also work independently with little supervision
  • Strong problem - solving skills - proven experience in understanding and solving problems
  • Professional phone manner is essential
  • Experience in AR background

Experience:

  • Graduate or 1 to 2 year's administration experience and advantage, ideally in the Finance/Customer Service Department.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
