QUALIFICATIONS

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree (in culinary arts, hotel managements or related field)
•  Experience min. 2 years in the same position in F&B Industry.
• Preferably General Manager /Assistant General Manager/Senior Manager specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent
• Strong leadership and in full knowledge and skill to direct and oversees all aspects of the organizations food and beverage planning and service.
• Strong knowledge in menu planning and costs, preparation and presentation of food and drinks and adhered to quality and safety standards.
• Plans, coordinates and oversees special events
•  Proficient in the following dimensions of restaurant functions: food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation, strategic marketing, company policies and procedures, personnel management, record keeping, and preparation of reports
• creative, proactive and oriented on target
• highly of responsibility & able to worked in under pressure.
•  Willingness to work a flexible schedule
