Responsibilities:

• Conduct technical & end-to-end recruitment process for Head Office, Stores and Commissary
• Maintain department budget, cost-efficiency for recruitment expenses
• Maintain employees turn-over rate
• Handle talent management; including promotion and transfer
• Develop, review, or execute for Recruitment SOP, hiring forecasts and sustainability as part of the company's strategic planning
• Fostering good relationships with potential candidates, on boarding employees and past applicants
• Act as a company ambassador, attracting the best possible talents for our organization
• Handle employee & employer engagement including maintain social media contents for branding
• Manage and lead the Talent Acquisition Team to meet business needs and stand out on the market as an employer of choice
• Work closely with users and expatriates
• Work closely with payroll team and make sure no issue on payroll for all employees
• Work closely with training department for learning/training programs

Requirement:

• Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Psychology or Management
• Maximum 30 years old
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment as Supervisor
• Having experiences in massive hiring is a plus
• Preferred having experiences working in F&B/Retail/FMCG
• Exceptional ability to screen candidates, compile shortlists and interview candidates
• Strong leadership and managerial skills
• Strong communication, negotiation, time management, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to think creatively, develop innovative recruitment strategies and work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Able to work under pressure and target/goals orientation
• A self-starter who is able to deliver quality outcomes at speed
• Highly adaptable and personally organized
• Exceptional English skills
