Lowongan National Sales Manager di PT Yoke Food Industries Indonesia

This role is responsible to:

• Achieve sales targets.
• Maintain and increase the number of distributors for the Company.
• Enhance product visibility.
• Lead a team of sales personnel to achieve sales and distribution targets.

The areas of coverage: National 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborating with the Head of Commercial and/or the Country Manager to establish and execution of sales strategies.
2. Managing a sales team to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed the Company goals.
3. Provide periodic sales forecasts (Annually, Quarterly, Monthly) to the Management and Supply Chain department for stock planning.
4. Provide leadership & coaching to the sales team to improve sales effectiveness and people development.
5. Develop specific sales plans to ensure both long and short-term growth.
6. Monitor & control sales department expenditures and always seize opportunities for cost–saving initiatives.
7. Manage distributors’ performance through regular business reviews. Identify areas for improvement & resolve any disputes between the Company and Distributors to achieve win–win solution.
8. Prepare and propose an Annual Sales Plan and budget.
9. Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for business growth.
