Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Take orders from patrons and deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately.
• Provide recommendations on food and drink selections, taking into account customer preferences and dietary restrictions.
• Ensure tables are clean and properly set up for new guests.
• Anticipate guest needs and proactively address any concerns or requests.
• Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Collaborate with the bar and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and efficient operations.
• Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area and workstations.
• Adhere to all safety and alcohol service regulations.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
