Job Description:

• Responsible and monitor brand performance regularly
• Provide weekly & monthly business overview data analysis.
• To develop and perform day-to-day marketing program plan & brand strategy across all business unit including innovations/ line extensions, and ensure perfect execution and launch in the market while managing & liaising with internal & external stakeholders (Sales, Franchise, Inhouse Social Media team, Agencies, Partnership & Community Team)
• Overseeing the design of print advertisements, brochures, product labels, and other marketing materials
• Responsible to lead brand activities terms of communications, innovations/ relaunch, distributions, media strategy and brand activations (offline/ online/ecomm) in the market
• Analyzing data, evaluate, and monitor the execution of marketing initiatives, brand plan and their impact sales revenue planning numbers
• To do competitor monitoring regularly (communications, innovations, activations)
• Conducting market research to determine customer preferences and buying habits in order to create effective marketing strategies
• Developing strategic partnerships with vendors, distributors, and other business partners to promote products or services
• Reviewing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and make adjustments to existing products or develop new ones
• Conducting focus groups to gather feedback from consumers about products or services from other departments.

Requirements:

• At least Bachelor Degree from Marketing, Management, Business, Communication, Public Relations or Any Related Field with minimum GPA 3.00
• Has 1 - 2 years of working experience in the brand development field, preferably on the Wellness Industry
• Great communication skills and a creative mindset.
• Always be ready to learn new things and
• Expert at analysing data with Ms. Excel.
• Have excellent writing (to correct grammar etc. in marketing programs and tools) and speaking skills in English
