Lowongan Receptionist for Apartemen Plaza Senayan di PT Senayan Trikarya Sempana

Responsible for general front desk duties at Apartemen Plaza Senayan such as handling telephone calls, receiving visitors and residents, attending to residents’ inquiries and complaints according to established management procedures, and to provide a standard of service to residents in keeping with an international residential property organization.

Qualifications:

· Minimum D3 or S1 graduate, majoring in Hotel / Tourism Industry

· Preferably having 1 year experience in similar position

· Good command in English (spoken and written) is a must

· Japanese language skill would be an advantage

· Good communication and negotiation skills

· Computer literate

· Customer service oriented

· Willing to work on Public Holidays with shift working hours
