Lowongan Factory Manager di PT Jakarta Keramik

• Report directly to the CEO of the company.
• Plan, organize, direct and run day-to-day operations of our factory.
• Be responsible for production output, product quality, warehouse and logistics.
• Implement strategies and provide a clear sense of direction and focus.
• Implement and maintain a customer-oriented culture in the factory.
• Oversee overall production to ensure quality and efficiency targets are met.
• Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets.
• Ensure machines are in good working order.
• Resolve problems quickly and thoroughly.
• Develop and execute safety procedures.
• Recruit, manage and develop factory staff.
• Create a good working environment and address employees’ issues or grievances.
• Build strong relationship and liaise with labor unions and local community.
• Report production activities to management.
• Adopt a proper etiquette, polite and helpful attitude towards everyone.
• Continuously improve through feedback.
• Follow, respect and help enhance the company’s mission, vision and values.

Requirement 

• Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a factory manager.
• Strong leadership, management skills to lead factory staff.
• Strong understanding of machinery and manufacturing technologies.
• Decisive, assertive and able to work with others.
• Good relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
• Excellent time management and personal organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Flexibility to work outside normal working hours as needed.
