Requirements:
- 20-30 Years old
- Minimum Bachelor Degree
- Proven experiences minimum for 3 years as a media planner, experiences in media agency is preferred
- Familiarity with campaign evaluation metrics and media buying
- Working knowledge of analytic tools
- Good presentation skill, excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Strong decision-making skills and result oriented
- Good command in writing and spoken in English
- Develop an overall marketing plan according to the strategy house, target customer characteristics and industry insights throughout the year and be responsible for the implementation of the marketing plan
- In conjunction with the brand strategy of the strategy house throughout the year, responsible for the planning and production of social media content
- Regularly collect and sort out the marketing trends of competing brands in the industry, conduct industry analysis, and formulate corresponding marketing promotion plans in combination with the marketing strategies of competing products
- Able to plan, execute and integrate marketing planning activities and regularly write monthly, quarterly and annual reports
- Train and assist subordinates, and conduct necessary training and guidance, build organizational structure
