Requirements :

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
2-3 years of working experience in Brand Building/Brand Development in FMCG/Food Production as Brand Manager or Associate Brand Manager.
Having experience handling agencies (Advertising, Market Research, PR, etc ) to execute flawless brand experiences across touch points.
Open-minded, practical creativity, and result oriented person.
Expertise in MS. Office (Ms. Excel, Word, and Power Point).
Placement in North Jakarta.

Job Description :

Responsible in the development of the Brand Marketing Plan by developing an understanding of the drivers of brand growth and brand health and identifying key issues and opportunities.
Responsible to define communication strategy from each brand equity by creating brand essence and brand house that aligned with product positioning & benefit, consumer base and target audience
Implement communication strategy through content strategy on relevant media touch points ( conventional & digital platform ), until content material production
Lead innovation / activation projects deployment and the integrated activity schedule ensuring consistency with Brand Key Vision and Brand Vision Plan including communication strategy.
Monitor and evaluate brand performance to recommend and execute appropriate ways to increase brand equity.
Identifies solutions and make recommendations to improve effectiveness based on performance monitoring.
Work closely with agencies (Advertising, Market Research, PR, etc ) to execute flawless brand experiences across touch points.
