Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or ACCA/CIMA equivalent
• More than 2 years of local working experience in similar role and function
• Staff management experience
• Strong financial reporting and tax experience
• Able to work under pressure and meeting reporting timeline
• Strong attention to detail. Hands on and a keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data
• An analytical mind
• Advanced computer software skills, including Excel and other accounting packages.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Strong interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills
• Discipline, proactive, strong commitment, good integrity, good behavior, well organized, quick learner, good teamwork, take initiative good communication skill & open minded
• Aggressive, analytical and problem solving skills
• Able to work under pressure and deadline oriented
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-tasks is an asset.
• Fluency in English both speaking and writing
• Immediate available prefer

Duties and responsibilities:

• Overseeing and managing all aspects of the finance department
• Maintaining full set of accounting records of the Company in accordance with the relevant standards and statutory requirements including ensuring the completion of the General Ledger and Balance Sheet reconciliations and production of the P&L statements
• Cashflow forecasting
• Preparing the annual statutory accounts. Drafting of annual Audit report and compute Deferred taxation
• Handling tax related matters and ensure timely filing
• Ensure internal control procedures are strictly followed. Able to identify business risks and implement required internal control procedures to mitigate risks.
• Credit control
• Liaise with external parties, namely, Inland Revenue Board, customs department, bankers, auditors and tax agent regarding the respective affairs of the Company
• Support business operations while maintaining strong internal controls
• Handle all banking related matters
• Management of junior team members
• Other duties deemed fit by the Company
