• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
• Fresh graduate are welcome, Preferable experience in printing ink manufacturing
• Active verbal and written English communication skill
• Good communication skill, strong analytical thinking
• Proactive and have strong project ownership
• Discipline and proper project documentation

1. Product development
2. Industrialization process
3. Product cost saving development
4. Maintaining Laboratory Equipment 
5. SLOB Reduction Program
6. Support Sales and SCM in delivering customer solution
7. Conduct research and development programs align with the product and technology strategies
8. Providing technical advice and support project development with ink application 
9. Follow up feedback/update on new introduced product/development
10. Ensure Ink Portal implementation
11. Support technical trial, trouble shooting, and discussion in customer
12. Ensure all formulation are comply with end user regulation
13. Follow HSE, 5S and Quality Policy
