WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of inventory, and managing a team of warehouse staff. The Supervisor must maintain a safe and organized working environment while optimizing productivity and meeting performance targets.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Team Management:

 - Supervise, train, and mentor warehouse staff to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities.

- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to the team members.

2. Inventory Management:

- Oversee the receiving, inspecting, and storing of incoming inventory items.

- Implement and maintain inventory control measures to prevent discrepancies and minimize shrinkage.

- Coordinate with other departments (such as purchasing and sales) to ensure accurate stock levels.

3. Order Fulfillment:

- Coordinate order processing, picking, packing, and shipping activities to meet customer requirements.

- Monitor order accuracy and on-time delivery to achieve customer satisfaction.

- Address any order-related issues or delays promptly and proactively.

4. Safety and Compliance:

- Enforce safety procedures and standards to ensure a secure working environment.

- Train staff on safe material handling practices and equipment operation.

- Comply with all relevant regulatory requirements and company policies.

5. Warehouse Organization:

- Maintain an organized and efficient layout for easy access and movement of inventory.

- Implement and optimize warehouse management systems (WMS) to improve efficiency.

6. Performance Monitoring:

- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the warehouse's performance.

- Analyze data and implement improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.

7. Continuous Improvement:

- Identify areas for improvement in warehouse operations and processes.

- Propose and implement process enhancements to optimize workflow.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent;

• 4 Years of Experiences.

• Proven experience in warehouse management or supervisory role.

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

• Proficient in using warehouse management systems and other relevant software.

• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a warehouse environment.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

• Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
