We are currently hiring a Purchasing (Mandarin Speaker) Specialist to join a collaborative and innovative team in our company in PIK, Jakarta, and this is an Office (WFO) position. 

What you'll do:

• Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with company goals and budget.
• Identify COGS and negotiate in Mandarin with suppliers.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and monitor their performance.
• Analyze market trends and pricing, conducting cost-benefit analysis.
• Ensure product quality standards and collaborate with quality control teams.
• Able to relocate overseas, including Hong Kong, Singapore, and China.

A good candidate should have:

• Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) to communicate with Mandarin-speaking suppliers.
• Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management.
• Strong negotiation skills and cost analysis expertise.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of organization.
