"The position holder should provide excellent customer service with a balance between company policy and customer benefit"

Responsiblities:

• Professionally handle the incoming requests from customer and ensure that the customer complaints are resolved both promptly and thoroughly.
• Provide quality service
• Record all product that need to be serviced and inform customer once it done
• Update status daily service report
• Coordinate with vendors in relation with product repair
• Handle issues in the best interest of both company and customer
• Responsible for generating report as related to customer service daily activities
• Prepare & managing reports subject to free spare part/free product as well as guarantee and claim
• Maintaining spare part stock
• Stock & grouping spare part              

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma degree at any field
• Excellent in English, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Excel            
• Customer oriented        
• Good planning and organizing capability and work on priority and systematic approach
• Sensitive to timeline and deliverables
