-      Ensure yard operating the activities with fully comply to legal requirement of Republic's Indonesia by maintaining and update to legal register for Health, Safety and Environment

-      Managing HSE Induction for Visitors, New Staff and Workers to ensure everyone area clear with HSE rules, regulation and emergency situation procedures

-      Develop HSE Training program for all employee and sub contractor worker based on job assignment to increase individual knowledge and awareness related safe work practice

-      Manage and set requirement criteria of tools and equipment's which will enter to the yard by performing visual inspection and document verification.

-      Manage and audit Permit To Work system implementation for all project located at site, to ensure all the activities required to have permit to work are being known and assess for the risk

-      Lead emergency response team during incident and develop training and exercise program to improve the skill of ERT team and raise awareness of employee and sub contractor during emergency situation

-      Develop housekeeping program at site by involving employee, sub contractor, clients and society near by the yard

-      Manage medical center program/activities/data and integrate to induction requirement to ensure all employee and sub contractor has valid fit to work certificate

-      Update HSE Procedures for any lesson learn, feedback for improvement and client recommendation to raise level of HSE implementation at yard
