REQUIREMENTS :
- Age between 25 to 30 years old
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Psychological or equivalent
- Have a good Personality
- Strong ethics and Reliability
- Assertive and Discipline
- Able to Speak English, Mandarin is a Plus
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Office and Power Point)
- Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Assist in performance management process
- Support the management for disciplinary and grievance issues
- Support on recruitment and pay & benefits issue
- Develop training and development programs
- Can enforce company rules but still flexible
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
