Job Overview:
Responsible for leading and overseeing the success of all sales & marketing strategies to increase market share and profitability, that will improve the organizations competitive position and meet the organizations business objectives.
Key Roles:
- Lead, direct and control all sales and marketing activities. Activities may include: market research, forecasting; pricing; marketing campaigns, business development; order handling; customer service; competitor identification and analysis.
- Acquiring new businesses and markets. Establish targets in areas such as product mix, sales volume, market share, and business development. Organizes and controls implementation of marketing and sales tactics.
- Monitor performance of the organization against the goals.
- Handle major customers to ensure sustainability of organizations business.
- Liaise with other senior executive across the organization to ensure the strategies are integrated with the rest business and align with corporate objectives.
- Select and manage relationship with related external organizations such as associations, governments, and NGOs to support the company's business.
- Lead, direct, evaluate and develop a high-performing sales and marketing team.
- At least Bachelors degree in any field, from a reputable university.
- Having minimum 10 years of working experiences in sales and marketing, especially in Masterbatch, Compound, Plastic or similar industry.
- Demonstrated ability to create sales & marketing strategy, annual budget, and reach the set business targets.
- Capable to manage and lead team member in achieving strategic objectives.
- Proficient in analysis of sales report and market research data.
- Willing to do regular business trip.
- Work placement will be in Jakarta
