NEED MARKETING MANAGER FREIGHT FORWARDER at JAKARTA and SURABAYA

And TRUCKING MANAGER at SURABAYA

Good English is MUST (written and verbal).

·        Bachelors degree in business, marketing or related field.

·        MUST HAVE sales and marketing experience in Sea Freight, Air freight, Multi Modal Transportation / freight forwarding company with minimum 5 years.

·        Sales Target and Result Oriented with aggressively spirit to approach customers

·        Good relationship and dedicated to provide customer service to customers.

·        Strong communication and negotiation skill.

·        Excellent in personality, health, mature and self motivated

·        Having own car is a must for sales activities, and willing to travel overseas

·        Location in JAKARTA or SURABAYA

·        Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.

·        Experience in customer relationship management.

·        Experience and ability to manage and lead sales team.

·        Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.

·        Excellent organizational skills.

·        Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Marketing Manager Responsibilities

·        Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.

·        Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.

·        Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.

·        Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.

·        Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

·        Developing quotes and proposals for clients.

·        Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.

·        Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.

·        Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.

·        Meeting planned sales goals.

·        Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.

·        Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.

·        Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.

·        Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.

·        The ongoing training of your salespeople and admin team

·        Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.

·        Promoting the organization and products.

·        Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
