Deskripsi Pekerjaan


We are looking for candidates of Assistant Manager HR & Admin who will ;

·        Assist HR & Admin Manager in running HR & Admin function including but not limited to Recruitment and Selection, Organizational Development, Training Development, and Employee Relation.

·        Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate

·        Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with HR Colleague to develop solutions, programs and policies

·        Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations

·        Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)

·        Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention

·        Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs

·        Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met

·        Performs other related duties as assigned

·        Monitor renewal all company legal formal documents and insurance

Minimum Requirement;

1.     Maximum 40 years old.

2.     Fluent in English, both speaking and writing (Able to speak Mandarin is advantage).

3.     Minimum possess a Bachelor Degree from reputable university.

4.     Minimum 3 years of experiences in the same role. (HR/HRD/HC/HRM/P&O)

5.     Well Understand Indonesia Labor Law (including UU CIPTA KERJA) & Manpower Regulations.

6.     Good in communication, interpersonal skill, & able to work as a team.

7.     Expert MS. Office (Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook)

8.     Strong problem-solving skill.

9.     Attention to detail

10. Target oriented

11. Strong organizational, planning and team management skills.

12. Self-driven, high energy with ability to work independently and performance-oriented.
