Job Scope:

• To provide support service for customer with warranty or maintenance contract, including problem analysis, troubleshooting action and preventive maintenance activities.

Responsibillities :

• Support and manage incident management
• Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks
• Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues
• Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects or renewal maintenance
• On site problem remedial and recovery
• Provides Post Sales and warranty support hardware (Fujitsu product/third party) and software (Fujitsu product/third party)
• Support assessment and preventive maintenance activities
• Support Oracle as FDA (Field Delivery Assistance) activities (FRU or CRU)
• Standby support activities based on standby schedule
• Develop support documentation including risk logs and requirement specifications

Requirements :

• Minimum bachelor's degree in IT, Information System, Computer Science, Management Information System or related field
• Have experiences in similar position for 2-4 years
• Strong of knowledge:

1. Infrastructure environment, Operating system (windows, Linux, etc.), virtualization (VMware ,Hyper-V, Citrix, etc)
2. Hardware (Oracle and other brand) and backup application (nNtvault, Symantect BE, Veritas, Comvault, etc)

• Make a work report (assessment, preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance) and present it to the customer
• Willing to work extended hours/holiday/weekend to meet SLA requirements (24x7)
