Job Responsibilities:
- Able to train operators about GMP & HACCP
- Solve the quality / quantity problem that raise during the production process and run a recording system
- Able to Analyze and fix the problem occur in the production process (Problem Solving)
- Able to understand the schedule dan manage team to achieve production target
- Supervise the operators to work according tp target effectively and efficiently
- Daily, weekly and monthly report
- Wiling to working shift
- Bachelors degree or Diploma 3 in Industrial Engienering, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology,
- 2-3 years minimum experience in Food Manufacture as Supervisor (must)
- Have a knowledge in HACCP and GMP (must)
- Good Spoken in English (must)
- Knowledge of raw material, production process, quality control, cost and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
- Good Leadership skill
- Wiling to be place in Cikarang Pusat, Kab. Bekasi
