Responsibility:

Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
Create and implement effective onboarding plans

Qualification :

Bachelors degree in human resources, Psychology, or relevant field.
Proven work experience as a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition either in-house recruiter or staffing agency recruiter at least 3 year of experience
Experienced handling full cycle of recruitment process
Familiar with psychological test
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English is a plus.
