Lowongan SALES (SORONG AREA) di PT Karya Bahari Abadi

PT Karya Bahari Abadi established to provide supreme solution to Indonesia Maritime World. Established in Jakarta in 2006, PT Karya Bahari Abadi appointed by Yamaha Motor Co., Ltd Japan, as a sole distributor and official distributor of Yamaha Maritime products consisting of Yamaha Outboards, Yamaha Personal Water Craft Wave Runner, Yamaha Genuine Parts, and Yama lube Yamaha Lubricants.

We are now looking for Sales with automotive background for SORONG AREA.

Responsibilities :

KBA's Sales, Service and Customer Satisfaction Targets

Doing unit sales, YGP, Yama lube and KBA Service

Responsible for all processes related to unit/YGP/Yama lube/Service sales activities at KBA

Checking inventory in the system (WOS/ SBO) and coordinating with the administration and service departments in meeting customer needs

Coordinate with the warehouse for spare parts retrieval

Handing over goods to customers and making receipts

Ensure the availability of spare parts stock, prices, and inform the Service Advisor:

Check stock availability of spare parts and their prices

Coordinate with the warehouse department to prepare spare parts listed in the ROCS. If the parts are not available, the admin is obliged to place an order to the Central KBA

Must ensure (or remind) KBA Central how long it will take for spare parts availability

Submit all spare parts that are complete to the Chief Technician

Inform walk-in customer and SA if there is a BO

Coordinate with related divisions at Head Office in relation to sales administrative activities at KBA

Responsible for finding leads Unit, Parts, Service

Create customer database

Other tasks assigned by superiors

Requirements:

prefer who domicile in SORONG

Formal education at least Bachelor Degree in any major

Passion in marine activities and industries

Two years experience as Sales in Automotive industry is a MUST

Target-driven with advanced problem-solving and analytical skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in Bahasa & English

Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative
