Lowongan SALES EXECUTIVE/CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF di PT Airlines Gsa Indonesia

Responsibilities: 

1. Received an inquiry to book cargo space and communicate

with customer by email & phone calls

2. Doing both sales visits and telesales to maintain existing customers

and capture any new opportunities

3. Prepare & make some weekly & monthly reports

4. Monitor shipment movement in daily basis (pre, during and post-flight)

5. Data entry into the internal system after shipment depart ex CGK

in a timely manner and no errors

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree in any field

2. Understand how to communicate in English

3. Able to work in fast-paced environment

4. Proactive and confident working independently and in a team

5. Self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset

6. Interested in air cargo industry
