Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Control in the customer and Region strategy development process and ensure the commercial plan is executed in line with the strategy
- Optimize trade spend investments:
- Identify the most efficient & effective way to perform pre & post evaluation (financial & commercial) and ensure that the analysis is completed; learning log is maintained with key learnings implemented.
- Ensure procedures are in place to determine if PZC is getting performance in line with customer agreements.
- Internal controls and assurance that trade spend practices comply with local guidelines
- Provide Financial insights for business growth with Customer Facing initiatives and measures of success (on shelf availability, inplants, etc.)
- Partner with BDM and Commercial Finance and FSS to facilitate discussion on order to cash payment cycle and to provide financial guidance in customer negotiations
- Improve Customer Sales Team business acumen through training and ongoing Finance and Sales Analysis
- Coordinate the Budget and forecast of NNS, TTS, Customer Contribution to ensure alignment with monthly business planning and the Budget
Requirement
- Minimal Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting
- Minimal 2 years of experience in AR/Finance-related background
- Good proficiency in English both verbal and written
