Lowongan Leasing Executive di PT Keppel Land

Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage and direct the daily activities of the commercial leasing op within Dept in accordance with Keppel Land Policies and standard, including reviewing and negotiating lease transaction and agreement.
2. Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and profitability of the department
3. Liaise with the project management & sustainability department & property team throughout the design development and construction process
4. Initiate marketing programs and events to promote and reach potential customers
5. Review and negotiate lease transactions and agreements
6. Responsible for the productivity and budgetary performance of the leasing operations dept
7. Oversee completions of all necessary paperwork and ensures proper customer service
8. Track the lease renewal and engage with tenants for lease renewal negotiations
9. Maintain office leasing and marketing data bases and handle tenant’s enquries
10. Networking with external office leasing agent.
11. Any other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably assigned by your supervisors from time to time

Requirements:

1. Minimum bachelor’s degree
2. Graduated with bachelor degree from Communication, Marketing or any relevant fields.
3. Minimum 2 years’ experience in related field
4. Has a strong network, communication and sales skills.
5. Good at teamwork, able to work under pressure, customer and target oriented
6. Confident, hardworking and adaptable to the needs of the environment.
7. Able to work in a team with minimum supervision.
