Job Description :

Understand all process in Production Stamping more than 5 years (automotive company)
Control member and ensure the schedule production based on planning from production planning
Experience in handling production process with machine Big Press, and have problem solving skill
Good communication and coordination with related department
Understand with KPI target in Production, and monitoring achievement Department every month
Able to manage member and can develop skill, knowledge and attitude
Have managerial skill such as mentoring, coaching, delegating
Good understand management system (IATF, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018)

Requirement :

Bachelor degree from any major
Experience as Production Stamping Supervisor at least 5 years and as Assistant Manager minimum 2 years
Understand and have experience implementation QCC, 5S, Safety, HorensoTarget oriented
Can joint ASAP and if good performance can promote become Manager
Placement in KIIC Karawang Jawa Barat
