Lowongan ENGINEER PAINTING / ESTIMATOR di PT Cic Environmental Services

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall activity in surface preparation and coating of products, by providing work supervision and technical solution.
• Arrange, leads and control jobs/skilled labour and work crews engaged in all activities concerned with the painting and coating works aspects of the project.
• Ability to optimize and arrange resources schedule (manpower, equipment and materials) to ensure efficient and timely completion of works.
• Able to demonstrate good organizational skills, following policies, procedures and work practices, and developing improvements where necessary.
• Ensures that work crews are properly supplied with tools, equipment and materials
• Responsible on the delivery part as per Planner schedule.
• Prevents wastage and misuse of equipment, materials and tools.
• Supervises worker to best utilize manpower and materials, exercises discipline at the work site to prevent absenteeism, unsafe work practice and idleness
• Able to prepare detailed daily production report/job planning.
• Contribute in all improvement process.
• Perform additional jobs as per business needed.

Requirement

• Diploma / Degree in engineering is preferred
• Lead or supervisor in painting and blasting works for at least 3 years if possible
• Good knowledge on work place safety
• Good knowledge in various painting and coating application, technology and equipment
• Good knowledge on quality and inspection requirement for surface coating
• Adequate knowledge on relevant industrial standards like NACE and SSPC
• Good communication, performance and Interpersonal skills
• Cooperative and team spirit
