Lowongan FIELD OPERATIONAL MANAGER di PT Alsindo Pratama Nusantara

QUALIFICATION :

1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree of Petroleum or Electrical Engineering.
2. Minimum 10+ years oil and gas experience with at least 3+ years of experience as Field Service Manager or 5+ years as Field Engineer
3. Experience performing Electrical Submersible Pump team activities in the oil field.
4. Have experience in installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance of Electrical Submersible Pump Equipment
5. Ability to manage several projects simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines
6. Capable of working in groups as well as Independently.
7. Strong analytical skill, creative solution and problem solving
8. Strong interpersonal and communication skill both spoken and written
9. Strong exposure in CSMS (Contractor Safety Manaement System) in Oil & Gas projects, Prefer Certified in AK3 Migas
10. Having good strategic planning skill, well-structured and well organized
11. Advance communication skills. Able to manage and motivate people at all levels.
12. Solid leadership skills, mentoring, and coaching
13. Strong problem-solving ability and effective employee management experience
