Lowongan Customer Service Officer for DMC (Bali office) di PT Destination Asia

Job purpose:

Responsible to provide customer support services for in-house clients and future client as well as communicate with agent to assist complain, incident & accidents report and troubleshoot technical problems and provide/address solutions to client and company efficiently ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Contact clients’ by phone, email or meet in person to assist with a complaint, VIP request and other that related with customer service within 24 hours
• Assist Customer Service coordinator & Reservation Team to handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
• Offer optional tour for designation agent
• Support for Health & Safety committee
• Coordinate with all concerned departments to ensure that all services will run smoothly
• Provide all necessary report to management

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in any fields
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in leisure

Required Skills

• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office
• Good command of English both written and spoken
• Knowledge of Indonesia tourism products
•  Ability to work under pressure within tight specific deadline
• Service minded
