Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Law
• 3 or more years of legal experience in corporate setting, especially from mining & manufacturing sector is preferable.
• Having 1 years or more of legal experience in Notary are preferred.
• Good understanding and comprehension on law subjects such as corporate law, contract negotiation & preparation.
• Ability to work independently, manage large workloads, and keep deadlines.
• Fluent in English, and preferably able of mandarin language.
• preferably having PERADI license.

 Job Responsibilities:

• Check, review & provide legal opinion on contracts/agreements related to mining, manufacturing, logistic & other corporate action.
• Check, review & provide legal opinion on Company official legal letters and/or documents.
• Administer & management of Company legal permits in accordance with its compliance & period of validity.
• Regular Legal research of latest regulation related to Company scope of business, and provide latest regulation update to Company.
• Cooperate with notaries, external consultants, other divisions within the company, and third parties in legal matters.
• Cooperate closely with Compliance Department as team & provide basis regular work information with team.
