Qualification :

• Minimum education D3 all majors
• Minimum 2 years of experience in property sales is preferred
• Attractive and communicative appearance
• Able to work independently or work in a team
• Fluent in using Microsoft Office
• Have good negotiation skills
• Placement in Bandung and Pangandaran

Responsibilities :

• Understand the promotion and marketing strategy for the products in charge, with a focus on the institutional market
• Prepare action plans and schedules to determine spesific sales targets
• Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
• Lookin for new potential customers in Grand Pangandaran
• Build and maintaining good relationships with customers, until customer administration is complete
• Can manage a database of prospective customers
• Doing daily, weekly and monthly reports
