• Collective service and performance data from PRTG and MRTG systems per month.
• Meeting to reconcile data with customers
• Create and prepare an SLA report for billing
• Create and design SLA simulations
• Can distinguish the disorder that occurs into the reduction of SLA or not
• Can analyze parameters that can have an impact on SLA reduction
• Prepare correspondence, MOM, monthly reports, internal memos, and other documents.
• Coordination with vendors and customers.
• File files and documents.

Qualification

• Minimum education D3
• Have at least 1 year of experience in Telecommunication Industry
• Have knowledge about VSAT
• Have good administrative and communication skills.
• Be careful, fast, and willing to learn new things.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Ms. Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
