Description & Principal Purpose

Responsible for analysis of the accounting, financial activities of the organization, monitoring for efficiencies and inefficiencies, data entry and quality and reporting to contribute to the organization’s financial growth. This position is also required to perform a wide array of administrative tasks that allow businesses to managing transaction in GL account, keep track of account payable (including expenses), preparing and examining financial reports and forecast future performance with an eye on accuracy and compliance. These reports include income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, capital statements, VAT and WH taxes. In addition, this position also in charge in developing SOP’s and expense system (e.g Concur) and monitoring it implementation, filing, and other tasks needed

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, tax, business or related fields.
• A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) title is preferred
• A Certified of Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA) or Bravet is preferred

Experience

• Minimum 3 years' experience in corporate accounting/financial function or in public accountant office
• Familiar with SAP and Concur (similar employee expenses application) will be an added advantage
• Experience in solving the business problems by analytical method (modelling, visualization, graph analysis)
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI reporting platform)

Other skills

• Critical math skills and a proven ability to difficult calculations
• Strong analytical skills, capable of using data analytics to drive business insights and execution
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, especially in Power point and Excel
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Flair for numbers
• Team player
• Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic, and rapidly changing environment while working under pressure and tight deadlines
• Must be self-motivated, resourceful and able to multi-task
