• Develop and execute recruitment and selection strategies to attract and hire the best talent for the organization
• Source and screen candidates through various channels, i.e job boards, referrals and new social media
• Create and update job descriptions and job postings that accurately reflect the organization's needs
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and fit with the organization's values and culture
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders through online and onsite
• Monitor and analyze recruitment data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions
• Develop strategies and tactics to grow Employer Branding
• Keep updating on industry trends and best practices and apply them to improve recruitment strategies and processes
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, including internal and external audit
• Manage, coach and empower a team of branch representatives to enforce discipline and adherence to SOPs
• Willing to do ad-hoc project

Requirements :

• Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
• Advance communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Have a good understanding of HR field including organization development areas, learning & development, talent management, industrial relation, compensation & benefit, and another improvement program.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful recruitment strategies and processes.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to think creatively, develop innovative recruitment strategies and work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
