JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure Company receives payments for the services and records these transactions accordingly. It also includes securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts, and resolving any discrepancies.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

a. Responsible for customer account details - regular customer

b. Follow up the bad debt, delayed payments and other irregularities

c. Conduct reconciliation of accounts

d. Develop effective repayment plans

e. Research and implement effective collection techniques

f. Perform all administrative duties related to ensuring office efficiency

g. Coordinate working with sales on for bad debt

h. Update Vendor data from customer

i. Comply with Principal’s policy

j. Any other assignments as and when assigned by direct superior

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Minimum Level of Qualification:

1. Minimum of 1-2 years of work experience in Accounting, preferably in Accounts Receivable in multinational companies, preferably in the shipping / logistics industry
2. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Business Administration or equivalent, qualified accountant or equivalent experience

Professional Skills:

1. English fluency
2. Excellent organization skill
3. Oracle/SAP experience desirable, familiarity with IT systems and issues

1. Strong leadership, team leader, high integrity
2. Highly motivated, result oriented individual with organization skills and ability to solve problems
3. Attained to detail and analytical mind
