Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures
• Manage and maintain our network infrastructure and systems
• Ensure the security and integrity of our data and systems
• Manage a team of IT professionals and provide leadership and guidance
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of IT systems
• Manage software development projects from planning to delivery
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in IT

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
• Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, database management, and cloud computing
• Experience managing software development projects
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
