Job Description :

• Assure job stipulated for downline (staff) are properly carried out
• Monitor and review management account closing to meet timely completion and accurate financial information
• Prepare monthly management report with account analysis (Actual vs budget variance) and any major highlight on a monthly basis
• Prepare a variety of Adhoc reports upon management requirement
• Assure payment is made timely
• Assure the payment is already in compliance with the company SOP and LOA
• Analyze aging schedule for any long outstanding AP and uncollected payment from customer
• Maintain close communication with the external auditor for resolving audit issue and timeline
• Maintain close communication and coordination with another department to resolve the problem
• Review all strategic fixed assets to be insured against associated risk and tagged accordingly. Close communication with KTU is required
• Monitor the insurance claim process in relation to the data requirement and close communication with the insurer
• Monitor data requirements and queries by another department
• Timely Submission of LKPM report

Job Requirement :

• Graduated with Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related
• Minimum experience 3-4 years in Accounting (Plantation Industry and auditor background will be advantages)
• Well-versed in PSAK, IFRS
• Strong logical capabilities and attention to detail
• Young people with Highly motivated and always up for challenges
• Great team player, problem solver, and analytical mindset
