Job Responsibilities :

1. End-to-End Recruitment also doing particular Data analysis, preparation of reports, and suggesting improvements 
2. As a HR Specialist , will being responsible for the delivery of HR services at local Consulting office, being the primary point of contact for all day-to-day HR inquiries and HR Operations for B2B and B2c Business Team 
3. Involvement in various areas of Human Resources practice i.e., employee orientation, employee benefits administration, payroll processing, talent initiatives, mobility & leave processes, etc.
4. Collaborate/collaborate with Country Consulting Leaders, Portfolio HR Business Partners, HR Central team to assess/anticipate needs related to human resources to develop programs and solutions.
5. Maintain awareness of the culture, plans, and competitive practices under HR
6. Evaluating state employee programs, recommending improvements to employee relations policies to ensure compliance with internal and federal/state authority requirements
7. Contribute and support employee engagement programs/social events that encourage and promote a culture of excellence
8. Provide support in other areas of Human Resources practice when needed and to assist ad-hoc projects/tasks if needed

Job Requirements:

1. Candidates must at least possess a Bachelor’s Degree from any major.
2. At least 3 – 4 year of experience in the field, preferably from media, ecommerce, internet company background
3. Have experience in Training Need Analysis (TNA) & training program designing.
4. Understand the steps to set appropriate modules for the organization’s needs.
5. Able to do training effective evaluation.
6. Ability to multitask and be organized in a fast paced environment
7. Strong analytical, problem solving skills, good communication
8. Highly adaptable, collaborative and resourceful (to work as part of a team or independently)
9. Able working on Saturday or based Logistic Schedule

Certified competency programs as advantage , including:

• Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP)

• Certified Professional in Human Resource Management (CPHRM)

• Human Resources Business Professional (HRBP)

• Professional Human Resource Management (HRMP)

• SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP)
