Job Description:

• Manage and develop Quality Audit Program related to Flight Operations, Ground Operation including Cargo Operations and External Service Provider in accordance with National and International Civil Aviation Law and as part of the airlines Quality Management System.
• Prepare product and process quality audit reports related to Flight Ops, Ground Ops including Cargo and External Services Provider by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
• Report to Quality Assurance Manager on the performance of the Quality Audit Program and any need for improvement.
• Under the guidance of the Quality Assurance Manager may liaise and communicate with all internal company directorate/ departments, external service providers, DGCA, relevant Civil Aviation Authorities, other local entitles in relation to matters related to Quality.
• Coordinate with other Quality Assistant Managers to take necessary steps to achieve and improve on quality objectives and may present to the Quality Assurance Manager.
• Propose recommendations to the Quality Assurance Manager relating to Audit findings in the area of Flight Ops, Ground Ops, including Cargo Ops and External Services Provider.
• Coordinate and review the result of all audit program with Quality Assurance Manager.
• Prepare and coordinate with related department to anticipate audit from external organization.
• Verify the corrective actions taken by related departments before submitting to external auditor/ organization.
• Report results of audit finding from external organization, quality audit trends and issuses to Quality Assurance Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree from any major.
• Min. 5 years’ experience as SSQ Auditor/ Standard & Compliance/ Certification in aviation sector.
• Having experience in perform min. of three audits, acquired under the supervision of an experienced auditor.
• Hold FOO or FA license will be an advantage.
• Training certification of lead auditor, SMS, and human factor.
• Computer literate (Ms. word, Ms. excel, Ms. Powerpoint).
• Required skills: leadership, teamwork, analytical thinking, English (both verbal and written).
