• Perform legal work and supervise all legal activities of the company including admin and technical
• Provide guidance to all elements within the company regarding legal issues, potential liabilities, and appropriate legal action
• Process all documents, from writing, reviewing documents, contracts, letters of agreement and other important documents, including the archive system and its administration
• Able to identify problems that will arise and provide advice and input to Management for appropriate actions and decisions
• Supervise the company's licensing process and maintain good relations with the government
• Coordinate with Notary / lawyer if needed

Qualification:

1. Minimum S1 Law
2. Minimum 3 years working experience in business and corporate law
3. Understand and have extensive knowledge related to the application of relevant laws in business
4. Able to communicate and work with Notary will be a plus
