Sambaki Tambang Sentosa is a national private company in Jakarta Metropolitan Area engaged in the mining sector, specifically nickel ore mining. Our production operation of nickel ore covers an area of 4,480 hectares located in Halmahera Regency, North Maluku Province. We aim to become a Global Scale Integrated Nickel Producer that is environmentally friendly and we strive to implement good mining rules, carry out human resource management, and contribute to the progress and development of the country.

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Management Manager for our mining operations. This is a full-time role that requires you to be on-site at our location in Jakarta Metropolitan Area. As the Quality Control Management Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all Quality Control activities for the mining operation and will be accountable for maintaining overall quality control standards for product and process at the mine site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mining engineering, Geology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the mining industry in a Quality Control role
• Demonstrable experience in implementing and managing Quality Control programs.
• Experience in Nickel Ore mining and floatation processes is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 standard or similar Quality Management Systems is preferred.
• Experience in leading and managing a team.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
