Lowongan Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer for Lamination di PT Lami Packaging Indonesia

Optimize, control the quality, prevent quality accidents, deal with, and analyze quality accidents, and control the process Lamination quality.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate in formulating meticulous process standards and providing comprehensive training to empower employees in becoming proficient with and adherent to these standards.
• Establish key checkpoints (Lamination I-point/Q-point) and diligently oversee machine production processes to guarantee strict adherence to established standards.
• Utilize the QA/QM matrix to maintain consistent product quality and drive continuous improvement initiatives across all operational facets.
• Set clear monthly and annual waste reduction targets, conduct in-depth analyses of monthly waste causes, and spearhead measures to minimize waste and optimize resource utilization.
• Demonstrate expert-level quality process control to proactively prevent quality incidents, while also conducting thorough post-incident analyses and implementing preventive measures.
• Lead the planning, execution, and continual enhancement of the quality system and environmental protection protocols to ensure regulatory compliance and sustainable practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5 years proven track record in quality control, process improvement, and environmental management.
• Familiar with process of Printing, Lamination and Slitting (flexible packaging)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and trends.
• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities to effectively train and guide cross-functional teams.
• Experience in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action implementation.
• Thorough understanding of quality management systems and environmental protection regulations.
• Continuous improvement mindset with a demonstrated history of achieving measurable results.
• Fluency in English communication is preferred
