JOB PURPOSE :

Managing and ensuring compliance of IT activities and build a secure IT Infrastructure environment

JOB SCOPE & RESPONSIBILITY :

• Manage & control all IT-related duties activities.
• Advise management on latest IT trends and good practice.
• Implementing technological advancements into the company to achieve productivity, efficiency to support growth of company
• Developed Guidance & procedure for all users for all IT - related activities & all IT- security
• Liaise with our HQ team to prepare, set up and implement all the IT Infrastructure and network project according to the needs of the organization.
• Provide hardware and software support for desktop, laptop, tablets, and other office equipment.
• Develop and implement IT Security policy and standardization of compliance
• Develop and implement an IT Security awareness program
• Managing the infrastructure design, delivering and supporting of network, servers, infrastructure security, and cloud services with an aim to support IT Transformation and Infrastructure Projects.
• Maintan, Manage, and support company ERP system, including data Infrastructure, network Infrastructure, storage Infrastructure, monitoring and logging Infrastructure, backup and disaster recovery infrastructure.

JOB SPESIFICATION         

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, with minimum GPA : 3.00
• Experience minimum 3 years for management IT in manufacturing company as IT Manager
• Experience minimum 10 years in Infrastructure or Software development
• Preferably have certification related to IT Security
• Experience leading and managing large IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures across various technologies
• Experience in ERP Implementation projects (EBS Oracle is Preferably)
• Understand about data center concept
• Understand about Programming Language
• ERP & Komputer Knowledge (ORACLE EBS System is Preferably)
• Fluent in verbal and written english (Also in Japanese is Preferably)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in multinational and multicultural environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to work in large, decentralized inter functional teams with minimal supervision.
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities and work independently
