Lowongan MANAGER F&B di PT Usaha Prima Nusantara

Responsibilities include:

• Lead, manage and be accountable for the overall operations of the cafe
• Motivate the team to achieve set targets, customer satisfaction and operational excellence
• Monitor daily sales and come up with corrective actionable plan(s)
• Account for profitability; prepare and submit weekly, monthly and/or quarterly reports as required by the management
• Source, procure and coordinate with external vendors and suppliers;
• Connect with customers to build a loyal customer base. Handling difficult customers.
• Responsible for cleanliness and housekeeping; ensure F&B equipment are well maintained and meet hygiene, safety standards
• Analyse market trends and benchmark against competitors

Requirements include:

• 3-4 years of experience working in the F&B industry, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or managerial position
• Able to speak and write fluently in English
• Able to work independently, multitask, and enjoy a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
• Able to work under pressure and maintain a calm demeanour during periods of high volume
• Great interpersonal skills and ability to lead, manage and motivate the team
• Able to commit on weekends and public holidays (rotational working days)
