Lowongan Partnership and Key Account Lead - Based in Bali (Hybrid Working) di PT Jobstreet Indonesia

• Business Development and Sales – responsible to grow JobStreet Express business in Bali
• Responsible to achieve targets for the top line of the business (e.g. revenue, ad scale, hirer scale, candidate scale), ensuring the business is running in sustainable growth
• Lead acquisition, retention, relationship management of Employer key accounts as well as setting up Partnerships to drive Hirer and Candidate growth
• Responsible for pipelining, forecast, conversion and retention of candidate and employer partners
• Operationalise monetisation experiments in close coordination with account managers
• Build relationships with organisations at senior stakeholder or decision maker level, to foster sales opportunities
• Able to develop proposals for potential new clients, present, demonstrate the value of JobStreet Express products and articulate value proposition to the client
• Confident and articulate in presenting, negotiating and discussion with clients
• Networking and Relationship Building
• Build relationship with key players in the Human Capital Management chain and participate in strategic events to grow our marketplace
• Own large partners relationships and represent JobStreet Express through networking & special events
• Have affinity towards field activities (including external stakeholder engagement, event organization, networking, community engagement) - willing to be on the ground most days in a week
•  Grow the Business - Support City Manager (Bali) and City Ops Lead (Bali) to grow the overall JobStreet Express business in Bali
• Support hyperlocal strategy, business development and collaborating initiatives with external and internal stakeholders
• Support City Manager to ensure the business is running in sustainable growth
• Support City Manager to understand the market and competition dynamics, agile in facing the competitive landscape and driving a viable business
• Support City Manager in identifying, comprehending, and synthesizing internal and industry data (provided by the analytics team), creating hypotheses of trends, and assessing business risk
• Flexible Hybrid Working Arrangement

The successful candidate should meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor's degree, any major is welcomed
• Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in business development with proven track record in driving accelerated growth
• Experience in tech or consulting companies in Indonesia are preferred
• Experience in B2B sales
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to identify gaps and perform root cause analysis, as well as provide recommendations
• Independent, have strong communication skills, attention to details and eagerness to learn; Proficient in MS Office especially Excel and Powerpoint
• Strong presentation skills to different type of management levels
• Proficient in written and spoken English, as well as Bahasa Indonesia
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction
• Prior experience in working with an international team for a cross-functional project
• Exposure and experience using sales CRM tool is an advantage
