 JOB SPECIFICATION

1. Educational Level must be a bachelor degree graduated from Electrical , Mechanical Engineering , Industrial Engineering any related science course.
2. Must have at least 5 years engineering experience in manufacturing firm.
3. Personal, smart, and can work under pressure and with dedication.
4. Communication skills good communication skills required to interface across diffrerent level in the organization.
5. Language Skills good in oral and writen English language, ability to read, analize and interpret technical procedures and goverment regulation, Ability to write report Businness Corrrespondence and Procedures, Work Instruction. Ability to present information and respond to question from others.

 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensures cost-effective overall maintenance activities of the plant and facilities.
• Plans. Formulates and implements plant maintenance program.
• Prepares annual budget for repairs and maintenance of plants equipment and machineries including facilities and utilities
• Manages the implementation of project with other related departments.
• Establishes the monitoring systems and procedures on preventive maintenance calibration, spare parts inventory, requisitions, usages, transfer of equipment.
• Supervises and analyzes actual cost vis-a-vis budget instituting necessary control measures.
• Provides necessary support on all plants major repairs and emergency works.
• Recommends the need for machine replacement, modification, substitution and addition.
• Compliance to proper commissioning and establishing process control procedures and conditions for new project/productions lines in coordination with the Research and Development.
• Identifies training needs and conduct in-house training programs, recommends outside training course whenever necessary.
• Informs the Manufacturing Manager on all matters affecting operations engineering works.
• Hires, develops and retains high quality human resources to help meet the required business objectives by ensuring an efficient manpower plan and meet production requirements.
• Evaluates employees performance and coaches them on areas for improvement. Recommends and approves employment related decisions such as salary changes, promotions, demotions, transfers, and terminations of employment.
• Ensures that Good Manufacturing Practices, safety procedures and guidelines and company rules and regulations are being implemented by subordinates.
• Performs other functions as maybe assigned by the superior from time to time.
