- Updating the organizational structure and ensuring that the available organizational structure is always updated.
- Conducting Job Analysis for all Departments, with the output of updated Job Descriptions.
- Ensure HR needs according to MPP.
- Make weekly reports related to the development of the recruitment process according to the provisions.
- Running the employee onboarding process.
- Implement learning programs and evaluations according to company needs.
- Carry out a performance management cycle for all employees.
- Running an engagement program according to the needs of the Company.
- Carry out the corporate culture internalization program according to the annual work plan.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Psychology / Business Management or equivalent.
- Experienced in People & Organizational Development field for 2-3 Years (Particularly in Performance Management Systems and Learning Management)
- Able to deliver internal training.
- Having good analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Having good communication skills and good teamwork
- Have excellent knowledge of using Microsoft Office
- Willing to work at HO Tebet - South Jakarta
