About the role:

We are a team of passionate individuals who love our projects and the products that we manufacture. We are seeking an eager Marketing Coordinator, who aligns with our ethos. The Marketing Coordinator will work with the management team to assist with the coordination of a range of online and offline marketing activities that align with our company goals and client needs.

With the role based in Batam PT at the Shapeshell office, the ideal candidate will have an understanding of a wide range of marketing functions including communications, advertising, branding, market research, digital marketing and social media, and have experience in running Social Media Campaigns, Web site Design and Maintenance, E-commerce Shopify (or similar).

This is a fast paced role and will be ideally suited to an organised multitasker who is able to manage diverse projects.

Job Description

• Work with key members of the Batam and Australian team to develop and execute innovative campaigns across multiple online and offline platforms
• Ongoing monitoring and analysis of all lead generation activity (current and future) to ensure optimal performance
• Coordinate the design and production of general company branded collateral, content and advertisements
• Building the project story from design through to manufacturing and project completion.
• The Marketing Coordinator will require advances Photography skills (Drone Photography a bonus) and an understanding of the composition of suitable photos is required.
• Must have excellent written and spoken English, copy writing skills would be an advantage. additional languages are also beneficial.
• Positive “can do” attitude and willingness to work to support the Australian team to achieve targets in sales and online traffic targets.

·        Monitoring creative design activity from companies within the same marketplace reporting trends movements or new developments industry wide.

• Demonstrated ability using social media platforms as a marketing tool to drive organic growth & engagement
• Creating and evaluating digital marketing strategies (SEO/SEM, Google AdSense, Facebook Ads, YouTube Ads, and Instagram Ads).
• Planning innovative growth methods and budgeting related to any or all aspects of Digital Marketing
• Website Design & Updates
• Building our e-commerce platform including regular updates
• Creating Digital Product Catalogues
• Creating Physical Sample Packs & Handouts

·        Weekly Reporting to the Management and Australian sales teams.

• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment whilst being able to manage own time and work independently, set and meet deadlines and at times work effectively under pressure 
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks with competing deadlines

Skills and Qualifications:

·        Previous experience in a similar role 2+ years

·        Tertiary qualifications in marketing or communications is highly regarded

·        Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing

·        Able to collect, interpret and collate data.

·        Knowledge of Google analytics and reporting

·        Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
